When we enlisted Jan as our Realtor we expected her help in finding the right home. She excelled at this. She spent time learning our likes and dislikes and then zeroed in on homes to show us that reflected our interests. However, her support didn't end there. During house viewings, she pointed out good and bad things about a home. Her background in the construction business was a huge benefit. She helped steer us away from homes that needed lots of repairs that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. Her support still didn't end there. After we finalized and closed on a house she took on the role of Project Manager to make sure the items that were identified in the final walkthrough were completed and done properly. This was way beyond anything we would have expected from a Realtor but so greatly appreciated. She is someone we would highly recommend highly to anyone needing a realtor in the areas she services.

Jan was great! She was always available to answer questions or check out another property. We did struggle a bit in figuring out what we actually wanted in this tough housing market. We put in offers on a number of houses but backed out prior to closing. Jan patiently put up with us throughout. She was extremely helpful after closing as well,

She was patient with me until we found the house that was what I had been looking for. I would highly recommend Jan to list a house or help you find a house. Everything was wonderful and Jan absolutely did her best to find us the home that would fit us. She was extremely flexible with getting tours done and it helped that she has many years of experience and has made many connections with outside agencies, so it helped us also work with experienced and trusted individuals. My only suggestion was that as a first time home buyer there were certain words or terminology that we weren’t quite familiar with, and although Jan was very willingly to answer questions we had about that, it may also be useful for first time home buyers to get a quick “vocab” list persay of important terminology or even a timeline of what to expect as each step progresses so the home buyer can know what to expect (and make it an easier burden on the realtor as well). Overall though very satisfied with our realtor Jan and the services proved through Irongate! We would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy/sell a house
